The short version, then the rest.

Your photos and words are yours. Pro is a subscription or one-off purchase handled by Apple. We do our best to keep the app working and your diary safe, and we ask you to keep your own backups too. That's most of it.

The agreement

Puppy Eyes is licensed to you under Apple'sLicensed Application End User License Agreement, with these terms on top. By using the app you agree to both. Loop is the licensor. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

Your content

Everything you add to Puppy Eyes belongs to you. We claim no rights over it, we don't see it, and you can export it at any time. You're responsible for having the right to use the photos and videos you add.

Puppy Eyes Pro

• Pro is sold as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase, through Apple's in-app purchase system.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings under your Apple Account.
• Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms.
• Cancelling Pro never removes anything you've made. Films made with Pro stay yours.

What we promise, and don't

The app is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we can't accept liability for loss of data. Keep a backup: iCloud sync or the free export covers this. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer the app, resell it, or use it to break the law. Stickers and films you share are your responsibility.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
